My name is Stephanie Shea and I pursue astrology with passion, enthusiasm, and intuition. It is my goal to leave you feeling excited about your birth chart and well-equipped with knowledge that can be used on a daily basis.

I’ve been a long-term student of astrology (it’s so vast, I’ll never stop learning) both on my own and under the guidance of the amazing Emily Trinkaus. I completed an apprenticeship program through Emily’s Alcyone School for Engaged Astrology. Emily worked for astrologer/author Jan Spiller and was the one who introduced me to Jan and recommended me for a horoscope writing job in 2012—an introduction that changed my life.

From 2012 to mid-2016, I had the great honor of working for and studying under internationally renowned astrologer Jan Spiller. When Jan passed in July 2016, I continued writing forecasts and articles for janspiller.com for 8 years. And now I am carrying her legacy forward by teaching North Node webinars and finishing Jan’s final book.

Jan will always be an inspiration to me and I treasure her many books, including Spiritual Astrology, New Moon Astrology, Astrology for the Soul, Cosmic Love, and The Astrology of Success. I’m currently finishing Jan’s final book, Awakening Your Soul’s Purpose, which will give an in-depth description of the North Node through each house of a birth chart. Publication is scheduled for late 2025.

Astrology is not fortune telling. Instead it’s about discovering the tool kit you were born with and becoming aware of what works best for you in life. It’s a fantastic way to get out of your own head and get a better vantage point on yourself and those around you!

I offer both recorded readings and readings live on Zoom, and occasionally in person for folks in Portland, Oregon. I’m also offering live webinars as well as pre-recorded classes.
